Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Payment
(Holy Angel School – Run by Holy Education Society)
Introduction
- These Terms govern the use of the online fee payment facility provided by Holy Angel School (Run By: Holy Education Society), 8KM Stone, Tosham Road, Hisar 125005 (“the School”). Please note that the ERP provider facilitating this payment portal maintains its own Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed here: https://www.sudoschool.com/Welcome/terms.html.
- By accessing or using this facility, parents/guardians (“Users”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms of Use are provided exclusively for the payment of school fees through the online fee payment facility. They do not extend to or govern the use of any other features of the parent portal.
Payment Methods and Process
- Online fee payment can be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, UPI, or other accepted digital payment modes through the secured payment gateway, Razorpay.
- All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Transactions are authenticated through the gateway, and any authorization or failure will be communicated instantly.
- Upon successful payment, a transaction reference number or order id will be generated and shared with the user.
- There is no cancellation option for the end users after a payment is made.
User Responsibilities
- Users must ensure that the payment details entered, including student admission number, user id and fee particulars, are accurate.
- Users authorize the debit of the specified amount from their chosen payment method.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Transaction Charges
- Transaction charges, if any will be clearly displayed before payment.
- Such charges will be added to the total fee amount payable.
- Transaction charges are non-refundable and will not be reversed under any circumstances, including refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or any other reason.
Refund and Dispute Resolution
- In case of payment errors, discrepancies, or queries, users must contact the School administration directly.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the school’s refund policy.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment after due verification.
- The School’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
Security and Data Privacy
- Personal and payment information will be handled in accordance with the school’s privacy policy.
- The School and its ERP service provider do not collect, store or process any sensitive payment details such as debit/credit card numbers, CVV, UPI IDs or net banking credentials.
- All such information is entered by the parent/guardian directly on the secure Razorpay payment gateway.
- The payment gateway uses industry-standard security practices and RBI guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of payment information.
- The school only receives confirmation of payment success or failure and basic transaction details (such as transaction reference number, order id, amount, date, and student information) for the purpose of reconciling fee records.
Limitation of Liability
- The School shall not be responsible for any third-party failures in processing transactions, including issues at the payment gateway, bank, or network level.
- The School disclaims liability for losses arising from technical failures, downtime, or unauthorized use beyond its reasonable control.
Amendments
- These terms may be updated periodically by the School without prior notice.
- Continued use of the payment portal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the online fee payment portal, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hisar, Haryana.
